The debut of Morgan at VMS2022
VMS returns with the participation of 14 prominent brands including Morgan. Opposed to automated production lines in the world, Morgan is created from craftsmanship techniques of artisans with great British skills. Every Morgan is featured with 3 precious qualities: wholeheartedly diligent process, elegant finished product and pure driving experience.
Developed from a small factory in England in 1909, until now Morgan has undergone more than a century with various changes, yet the name Morgan is still preserved and adored by many people. Coming to VMS 2022, Morgan will display 2 latest models, Morgan Plus Four and Morgan Plus Six.
Morgan Plus Four impresses with its timeless style, driver emotion and performance. These characteristics have been preserved by this brand since 1950. Seven decades later, the Morgan Plus Four was launched. Besides possessing all of the above core values, Morgan is also supplemented with 21st century modern technology. It's an ultra-light aluminum alloy chassis, BMW's powerful turbocharged 20.L I4 engine with a maximum capacity of 255 horsepower combined with British craftsmanship handed down for more than a century.
Morgan's retro silhouette is underpinned by an all-new platform and industry-leading drive technology, every component tweaked or redesigned to create an all-new Plus Six family.
Regarded as the inaugural model of a new era of performance and innovation for the Morgan brand, the Plus Six is powered by the latest generation of BMW Turbo inline six engines. This engine produces a maximum power of 335 horsepower, maximum torque of 500 Nm and allows Plus Six to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds. The use of the latest BMW powertrain technology not only results in a more exciting, high-performance sports car, but also offers optimum fuel efficiency and reduced emissions. Emission figures of only 180g/km and consumption of only 8.2 liters of gasoline per 100 km make the Plus Six one of the most fuel-efficient models in Morgan's history.
